Is there a trial period and how do I sign up?
There's a 30 day free trial period. Just enter your name, email address and choose a password and you're good to go - we don't ask for your any payment details for trial..
How do I subscribe if I decide that Filetaxme is right for me?
Once your trial period finishes, you will be directed to a payment page where you can subscribe. You can choose to subscribe at any stage during the trial with a few clicks of your mouse.
What information do I need to sign up?
Getting started is easy. With some very basic information about your business like TRN , address and company name... we will automatically configure your Filetaxme file. You can always customise and update your setting as you go.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards - Visa and MasterCard.
Can I pay the subscription annually?
Yes, subscriptions are charged on a tax return basis but you still can pay annually.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
If you cancel within your free 30 day trial period, you won't be charged anything.if you cancel within seven days from the payment date, you won't be charged. If you’re a paying subscriber and you cancel your subscription to Filetaxme Online Service for any reason, Chartwood Accounting & Bookkeeping is unable to provide you with a pro-rata refund for the rest of the subscription that you paid for up front after 7 days from from the payment date. You will continue to get the Filetaxme Service for the remainder of the subscription you paid for which is when the cancellation of the subscription is made effective and when you will no longer have access to the service.
Does Filetaxme provide onsite setup assistance?
We do not provide on-site support directly. We have a friendly and knowledgeable support team that is here to help you along the way.
How do I cancel Filetaxme if I decide it isn't right for me?
It's really easy to cancel within your software with a few clicks of your mouse.
Can I have more than one company file?
When you sign up for the first time we'll create a Filetaxme user account, using the same login you can create as many company files as you need using the same email address. Just select 'add company' even before choosing your plan.
Can multiple users access my Filetaxme company file at the same time?
Yes you can,Depending on what Filetaxme plan you're using, you can have unlimited users accessing the same company file simultaneously. You can also invite your accountant to access your company file.
